Can't connect to login/character/game server

STO and Neverwinter both this morning, for me. Pretty much a repeat of what we had a few weeks ago. Can't connect to login server, OR, connects to account, shows me character list, then dies half way through the loading screen when I select a char to enter world. On the rare chance I get in, (happened twice in the past hour of trying), the character seems okay, but if I then do a 'Change character' it's back to the 'Can't connect' grind.

Anybody else having problems?
