Dynamic Movement on Starships

I recently became a Lifetime Subscriber to STO. Having seen the movement of various elements on the ships you get with that: I can't understand why more ships don't have moving parts. For example, the Manticore nacelles lower when you activate the console with the ship. When you exit a system, the nacelles move closer together and the pylons raise up before it goes to warp out. I know the Intrepid class has nacelles that move (even though they don't do it all the time). The Command Battlecruiser ships would have been an excellent candidate for those movement aspects to be mirror to. Granted the Arbiter does have "doors" that close over certain parts of the ship; but, such examples are few a far between. Also, it would be nice to give KDF players the option to lock "wings" in "cruise" configuration even when the ship goes to red alert. We have seen ships fly like this several times in TNG. Just a thought and a wish.
