One important thing to remember is that expensive ships tend to be rare ships (there are exceptions obviously) so there's always more people who want these ships then there's avaible ships.
There's plenty of ships I'd want but I cannot afford at this point, the Crossfield and the T6 constitution(any version) just to name some. I've accepted they're too expensive for me at this point.
As many have pointed out the OP's idea even if made in good faith isn't really practical as it would only result in people spamming sellers (even more then at this point).
