Levelling a Diso officer in the prototype expliraion cruiser, what is it, Walker?
normally in my development path I switch to the heavy escor refit -Thunderchild, primarily because I pick up the slot for APB without sacrificing a weapons upgrade. this disco ship leaves me with the dillemma, lose the 4th weapon forward, and dain the console and boff slot or keep what I got?

I agree with Leem, either ship is plenty sufficient for leveling so it doesn't really matter. Personally I stuck with the Walker prototype on my Disco toons so I didn't have to hassle with setting up a different ship...that I was only going to use for a few hours of play time anyway.

If you're running a beam build, it lets you run Fire At Will at rank III instead of II and that is a huge upgrade.
The loss of the weapon spot is tough, but I would trade it for the Console slot and the ability to run Lt. Commander Tactical Abilities.
