Flexible Away Teams

I noticed how you are forced to have 5 ppl away teams on most missions, but wouldn't it be nice to be able to say that you want like 3 ppl on an away team and just cross of 2 ppl by switching them to None? I understand that some missions need a minimum number of team members like mine enemy and the breen ones etc.. but for the rest, it'd be a nice feature for RPers and probably not too hard to make it.
