Aid New Romulus mission still missing for replay

The Aid New Romulus missions that used to be able to be picked up at the Atlai, Pathos Crater, ect are still missing for replay. Only one available is Staging Area which is also the only one in the missions journal proper. The rest should be appearing in the Available tab after first play through as per word from the devs, but are missing.
Please fix this. Either put them all back in the mission journal proper the way Staging Area is, or least make it so they can be picked up by talking to the NPC that used to grant them in person. Even there they are gone from.

I agree with the OP. I miss these missions and would like them put back in the game.
