T6 Rep but T5 active rep power not removed.

So I have a character upgrade to T6 rep... I did not manually remove all my space/ground/active powers from my character. It went mostly ok going to T6 rep... mostly. 1 active ground rep power did not get auto-removed... now I can not manually remove it. This is for the Lukari T5 rep power.

    Drag the icon over top of the one that is "stuck".
