Infected: Manus possible bug

I was doing the Infected: Manus ground borg TFO earlier tonight, we were down to a 3 man team but we made it to the final room where the boss spawns, we uploaded viruses to all 4 corner generators and we destroyed the center generator, but the boss never spawned and we were just stuck like that.
