Can't sign up for Tribble

Fellow greetings and we go straight to my issue...
I have been trying for a while to get access to Tribble and for some reason the "sign up" button does nothing for me except to reload the page.
So in search of answers, I contacted the support. After a rather long discussion I basically got told that the error was on my end and that I should
go here for answers.
So basically what I did so far is to try it in three different browsers (FF, Chrome, Edge) with the same result.
Restart and all that (have you tried turning it off and on again).
Curse at the screen.
Prayed to Q
From what I can gather the "sign up" button starts to call a protocol linked to Facebook and after that the page reloads.
Is there anyone else who has had this issue?
Any known workarounds?

I have not, but it is indeed worth a try.
