Enterprise Era Pack is missing from the C-store - cannot reclaim items

I once purchased the Enterprise Era Pack from the C-store. However, now it seems to be gone from the C-store!

I still have access to the uniforms, but I seem to have lost access to the ship - the NX Light Escort with the Universal Grappler Console.

On the characters that reclaimed the ship, I still have access to the admiralty card and the console (where it was not discarded).

I noticed that the items were missing around the Discovery expansion because I wanted to reclaim the ship for my Discovery character but was unable to.

    On the Discount Packs, are you going to the Bundles tab? The Age of Discovery has that Discount Packs default to Expansion Packs tab whereas before it was on the first page. I was confused by this too at first because I made a new character and couldn't find where to get the weapons on the new one from a different pack.

    But as for the ship, it's not available at the ship vendor to reclaim as long as you don't have one active or in dock?

    There was a bug for a long time that purchase of the Enterprise Era Pack didn't also unlock the ship in the C-Store, so you needed to reclaim the pack for the ship. I don't know if it's still there because I eventually bought the ship on sale for 400 Zen to get the C-Store entry unlocked.
    This is an MMO, not a Star Trek episode simulator. That would make for a terrible game.

    I never had an issue with the NX and had it for many years. And claim it from the ship tab in the c-store for tier 1. I just went to a character that hasn't claimed it yet and did. Mine shows on the Legacy Unlocks since got it before that change over happened section of the c-store. It auto-opened the NX so might check to be sure you have an open ship slot.
