Years ago I bought the T5 Excelsior and went to reclaim it today. This I guess is my entry into the current C-store chaos.

    Same problem here. Also created a ticket (#4,819,934) though this is not showing in my list of tickets in game.

    'Slumming it' on my T5 Ambassador Retrofit for now. ;-) Still, would be nice to be able to access the Excelsior, and likewise I bought it several years ago.

    robertdamon, there is a problem that causes you not to see your tickets in-game. Check your Cryptic account page and it will show the tickets that you have filed to Cryptic and the response you have had to them or are awaiting a response from them for.

    I'm running into the same issue. I can claim some of the ships, but one or two of the ships in each tier received this error. I have a ticket submitted, but no CS response yet. :neutral:

    I have the same problem trying to claim the T3 Heavy Escort Refit, which I have previously bought.

    This was covered in the patch notes as a known issue ....... An error message can sometimes occur, “previous transaction is still running”, when attempting to purchase a ship.

    That's not really the same error message as the one I've been seeing, or the one stated by the OP.
