Federation "Play" and "Back" buttons too short

The "Play" and "Back" buttons in the character selection screen are shorter for the Federation than for the other factions. In addition, the text within the Federation buttons doesn't align with the button text for the other factions. See the images below. I've drawn vertical red lines to show that the buttons and text for the other factions all line up; the only exception is the Federation.

To my recollection, this bug was introduced by the patch on January 10, 2019. But it's impossible that I'm mistaken and the bug is older than that.
Steps to reproduce
1. Start the game client.
2. At the character selection screen, take screenshots of the "Play" and "Back" buttons for each of the following factions:
Federation
Klingon
Romulan
23rd Century
Dominion
3. Look at your screenshots. Compare the Federation "Play" and "Back" buttons with the buttons for the other factions.
4. Notice that the Federation buttons are shorter than the rest.
5. Notice that the text within the Federation buttons doesn't align with the button text for the other factions.
