Purchased BO from Exchange and never got it.

I bought a Bridge Officer from the Exchange today for 1.2M EC. My EC is gone, and I never got the BO. Where is it?

I looked in my inventory - not there.
I looked in my mail - not there.
I looked in my bank - not there.
I even checked my other characters - not there.

    On your character sheet, Stations tab, there is a button on the bottom to show available candidates. If you click on that, it should show up there.
    This is an MMO, not a Star Trek episode simulator. That would make for a terrible game.
