Go Down Fighting Broken

I'm currently finding that Go Down Fighting does not buff my damage on either of my Tactical characters. As an additional piece of information, I use it with the A Good Day to Die trait that lets you use it at any hull level. I'm not sure if maybe the trait itself is broken or if it's the ability. Either way I'm not getting a damage buff from the ability.

You could test to see which one....by removing A Good Day to Die trait and see if Go Down Fighting works right.
