Cannot Equip -Winter Event Tactical Kit Module - Micro Cryonic Warhead

Tactical Toon cannot equip Winter Event Tactical Kit Module - Micro Cryonic Warhead.
The tactical toon currently has equipped the following Tactical Kit Modules: 1. Chroniton Micro-Torpedo Spread - 2. Micro Photon Torpedo Launcher - 3. Trajectory Bending - 4. Deadly Intent - 5. Magmatic Deployment.
I wanted to replace Deadly Intent with the Micro Cryonic Warhead but the choice to do so does not appear even though it's in my toon's inventory.
It seems to be overlapping with the Micro Photon Torpedo somehow -- because when I click on the Micro Photon Torpedo ... then .... I can see the Micro Cryonic Warhead as a choice.
Since they're not the same type of kit modules one being Photon and the other being Cryonic ... I assumed I could just add it on to my toon and continue with my day.
Thanks for looking into this and I hope it gets resolved soon. I can't wait for this Tactical toon do some serious damage in ground combat lol. Have a good one.
