How do I find and contact someone in a fleet with a tier 5 colony for a map invite?

I'm looking to find someone who can invite me to their tier 5 colony map so I may have access to their stores so I may purchase the Lukari ship and maby some bridge officers but I know a tier 5 colony is so rare i'm at a loss where to look. This would be for the pc version of the game.

    I did it by joining the fedsim, kdfsim and simulation chat channels. Join those and ask in there. They are usually willing to help people out.

    Any suggestion for an XBOX player needing an invite to purchase a Kentari BOFF?
