Missing the TNG shuttle on PS4

I am not sure if this is a bug or if they have removed this feature, but I can no longer reclaim the TNG 30th shuttle. Any ideas as to what is going on?

    It's a bug. It's been a bug on PC for a while now. They supposed to have a fix coming but when is another story.

    According to customer support, it's not a bug.
