I can't change duty officers after the Discovery update

I am unable to change duty officers on active duty officers tab, all the officers appear as a black blank

    Same; Fed/Discovery/Vulcan/male/sci

    Edit: same on Fed/25c/Human/male/sci; may be across the board and not just Discovery characters.

    I can't access my duty officers either!! I am not getting my combat bonuses for having the ones I do have slotted either..

    I even paid extra for more duty officers and duty officer slots and I am not seeing those either.. Most of my fleet is having the same issue.. since I am the fleets admiral they are complaining to me about this issue.. Like I can fix it lol.. But I atleast am posting on this forum for them.. Not sure if Arc actually reads these things though...

    Cryptic does read these posts but does not always answer. Arc is the platform and Cryptic is under the umbrella of Perfect World Entertainment. Thanks.

    Yup, can confirm this is happening. Unable to select ANY doff to place on my new DSC toon. Description of abilities and Doffs comes up blank in the Active tab.

    I was going to make a post, but already saw this thread. I have the exact same issue after the AOD update. I can't put any duty officers in any of the active duty slot. The description comes up blank on the selection screen on all of my characters. Not just the AOD character.

    Also having the issue, cannot slot any active duty officers. Old characters have them slotted but you cannot change them.

    I have this same issue, but only with any of my duty officers that have the resolve ability.

    They don't. Why do you think PvE's and PvP's are more broken now than ever before?
