Level 5 Bridge Officer not awarded

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
On reaching Lieutenant level 5, you're supposed to be awarded another Bridge Officer. It didn't happen. Any ideas? Will this be fixed? How about some dilithium so I can just buy a BOFF?

    The level 5 Bridge Officer award is a long-standing hangover from a time when the various tutorials only awarded you one Bridge Officer.
    Nowadays, you end the tutorial with a full crew complement, and so don't get the bridge officer at level 5 any more.
