connecting to server/waiting for server issues

my friend who plays this game with me says he hasn't been able to log into the game except sporadically for last several days and here i am the last time i log in i been getting issues with either connecting to server and it timing out on me or i get in to only find out that the server lags out mid way through doing a que for the breach event to waiting for server issue to getting booted/game crashing .
only after several attempts later i am able to log back and the exact same thing happens again several more times . this is a issue that needs addressing it gets frustrating after a certain point trying to enjoy your game when this is going on and happening at the same time trying to complete the event .
