Ive noticed this a bit, but now its happening A LOT.
I will have my team doing a mission or something, and either 1- 4 of them will holster their weapon and not draw it out to fight, I will have to holster mine and draw it again to have them do the same. HOWEVER this is not always possible, while some missions have you fighting almost the entire way "Brush Fire" meaning you cant have the entire firepower of your team, they will use their abilities, but not the weapon on them.

I assume: without any action taken by you?
Can you click on the button in the UI to put them back in attack mode?

ive seen it happen on Nimb 3 and any ground zones, even the voth zone, one or both officers will hide their weapon.
