Unable to Claim Level 55 BOFF

Made Level 55 on my Discovery toon earlier today and whilst the mission appears in my log there is no way to hail anyone for it. The remote hail option is missing and even going to Elsa Mora at ESD failed to allow it to be claimed. Can't hail and can't drop it from the mission log. Shows under Ready to Turn in [Cd] New Officer in the Journal. Hit 65 since and no further awards.

    Hello @rejaq , This is currently a known issue that is fixed internally and will be rolled out in a future game update.
