Can a KDF character unlock the Reactive Reconstruction Ship trait?

I am curious if Cryptic have allowed a way for KDF characters to unlock a T5 ship trait in the eventuality they cannot purchase the ship that provides it.

This is the trait I was trying to acquire for my KDF character:
9395237CA1EEE5A486254879A2CD25DCCC982C1C

Is it possible for a KDF character to obtain/unlock this T5 Ship Trait?
Bees like honey, they don't like vinegar.
Everytime someone makes a character that is an copy of an existing superhuman, Creativity is sad :'(

    Currently.. no.

    I have to assume this is an oversight though and it will soon be added for the KDF faction. It would be a shame if they locked KDF players out of that trait.

    I just unlocked this Trait on my Jem'Hadar and went to my KDF to see if this made it available to claim via the ingame Trait store.
    It did not.

    So I assume, for now, the KDF have no ability to acquire/unlock this trait.
