Excuse me, but since I haven‘t found any link to a dedicated console forum I‘ll post the matter in here.
Since the Delta Operations Pack had never been released on consoles this particular item is still unavailable to console players: https://sto.gamepedia.com/Special_Requisition_Pack_-_Delta_Quadrant_Duty_Officers
It was nice, if somehow this Special Requisition Pack would find it‘s way to PS4 and Xbox One, maybe as a single item purchasable at the C-Store, or in a bundle with other of items still missing on the consoles...
