Hey, Cryptic team -
I'm not sure if this is how to reach the studio itself, or if this line goes to back to Perfect World, but I've been sent here by the Perfect World Support team. I'm hoping you can look at and help me resolve support case 180916-000693. This was caused by a current defect in the product, and Support is pointing at development to fix the issue, even though I know for sure that both options I've proposed for resolution that the rep has refused are possible. I hate to abandon the game because of this silly situation, but the complete refusal by the rep to help has really put me in a bind.
