Can't see my ticket status

I have used "request GM help" feature in hope to recover lost item, the chat said i have successfully created a ticket, but then it did not appeared in ticket status window. No response either.
Edit: Well, i found my ticket listing on support page, but game still refuses to show those. No response either after 24 hours.

    I'm having the same problem. Neither a submitted bug report or a GM request show up on my tickets and also no response. - Oh, and the "support page" that the above person mentioned, I can't even reach. Whenever I try, the webpage times out.

    Bug reports have always vanished into a big black hole that the players cannot see and tickets have in the many years I've been playing never been able to be displayed in game, only on the support page. Response from Support is usually 3-5 business days at major events or with major bugs you can sometimes wait for 7-10 business days.
