Momentum trait underpowered

Momentum trait underpowered. Seems like its been underpowered as both lockbox trait and a slotted trait.
4 stacks of momentum change my impulse speed from 57.something to 61.something 1 impulse faster per stack.
each stack adds .5 turn rate to my 39 degress(.78 faster turn at 4 stacks). The free trait impulse expertise is better than lockbox trait. Seems like momentum does 4x less than what it should. I could be wrong it could be because of diminishing returns or something.

It's one of the older lockbox traits, so, it's a bit lower on the power-creep scale than most of the newer lockbox items as it had little to compete with back in the day.

If you want speed and turn look into the engines from Competitive Wargames Reputation, as they have a trigger (which varies depending on which one of the three you use) that gives a large boost to speed and turnrate.
