Fleet Research Daily not showing up

Been doing the [Fleet Research Daily - Beams] Temporal Beam Focuser and its not showing up in my Beams School. Yes its at level 15 I have a few that are Level 15 Beams being one of those. I have found old talk about it and some suggested to wait a day, but its been 2 days now and nothing, I tried dropping it and adding it and still does not show up. When I first started it showed up no problem now nothing, any suggestions or clues as to whats going on. Thanks
