Undine Infiltration Elite - Extinguish Fires Optional Objective Not Counting in Journal

Currently there's a bug with "Undine Infiltration."
BUG: If you get the optional to extinguish the fires around Bajor, they are presently not being counted after putting them out. This makes completing the Elite version of this queue impossible.
Reproduction Steps:
* Run Undine Infiltration (any difficulty, but queue breaking on Elite)
* If mission gives the "Extinquish the Fires" you will be able to continue. Otherwise, start queue over.
* Extinguish any fire on the map.
* After doing so, check mission journal. You will see that the objective does not update to reflect extinguished fires. If on higher difficulties, this will break the queue and prevent players from succeeding.
Comments:
This bug has been around for a long time (at least a year or so), so with random TFOs, this needs to be looked at ASAP as it will break all runs at high difficulty.
