Specialization Points Not Being Awarded

I saw someone else post about this on Reddit, didn’t think much of it, and then it happened to me today. I saw in another post that you need detailed explanations of what happens to check on these things.
Here is what happened:
Temporal Toon
Level 65
Specialization Point Not Awarded Upon Completing Level
I was in the Undine Battlezone, collecting admiralty rewards, and I watched the XP bar reset after completing the level. I spent all of my skill points yesterday, so I had zero. When I saw that my level had increased again, I noticed no spec point showed up in the bottom right. Checked my skills and it said I had zero available.
I should have had one. Seems to be a bug. Not sure if it is happening to all toons or just certain ones in certain places.
