Captains on PC can get bonuses to their R&D Projects throughout the game this weekend!

Even if players don't take advantage of it this it should be welcomed since it helps those that craft & do such. Perhaps I'll actually look into doing some Crafting for those Delta recruitment achievements while this is active.

OMG Not another R & D Weekend - that's the third one this summer! We need Upgrade Weekends!!!! Its bad enough you make us either pay to upgrade our gear (with real money or in game money) or the upgrade process excruciatingly long to get to a Mk XV Epic, but being skimpy on the upgrade weekends? Come ON!

These might actually be more welcome and useful if they actually had 10x the XP per R&D project. The R&D crafting schools are one of the lonest and ignored grinds in the game.
