KCD v KPerf

So I have crafted some kits with KCDx2 or KPerfx2 and one with KCD2, KPerf and Will (great...)
A couple have HP, Weapon Pen, Crit as a third mod.
For a Tac captain would KCD be better to reduce module recharge with damage output from pew-pew?
I'm guessing for the Space Wizard KPerf to boost kit damage is the go to because damage is from my wizardly powers?

Any thoughts?

    KPerf is pretty much boosting any skill. So it is the top choice. The amount of bonus being marginal from KCD and others doesn't justify those mods taking up space instead of another 30 kperf.

    I am not an expert on ground, but this matches what I know and have heard.

    KPerf is the top of the line mod for ground kits. You can't have too much of it.
