Redeeming lootcrate bundles in-game?

Hi all, so I've been given a voucher for STO stuff in my Trek Mission Crate. I've successfully redeemed the code and got the pack (Federation Starter Pack) from the store, and the equipment is in my inventory.

However- I can't find the ship I should also have got? The flyer just says "a tier 1 ship", but I can't find it in my inventory, or dry dock, and I have no idea what I'm looking for in the ship requisition as everything is ranked instead of tiered?

Can anyone tell me how to get my shiny new ship please?

Go to the c-store, select ships, then tier 1. Scroll through them and one of them will show as "available", hit claim and it is now yours.
