Photonic Fleet bug...

I can't say if it has affected all or just my JH, but recently I've been grinding my JH when I can for the unlocks...long story short it seems like half the time I use PF one of the ships dies before it even fires a shot.

It just spawns and a moment later I hear a explosion and it despawns.
