Do any consoles boost the damage of the lotus fire?

    Yes, it's basically considered as a pha/dis/pla beam attack and receives all buffs a regular beam would. Not sure about the "+weapon damage" since it's technically not a conventual weapon but everything else works.

    Same goes for all the other stuff like energy-lances (Gal-X, annorax, faeht), energy damage based consoles (Vesta, Tempest) and set powers like Quantum Destabilizing Beam or Unstable Tetryon Lattice
