Check you tickets everyday. They usually take about 3 days to answer. But it can take longer, depending on the issue. If it goes for more than say 7 days without an answer, update the ticket.
Also note, depending on the issue, they might ask for things like screenshots. I wouldn't take any, unless they ask for them. But if they do, remember, be nice, and turn time stamps on for chat before hand. Then use /screenshot to call up the screenshot menu and use the ui_jpg one. This way, they can see the time and date in chat window.

It depends on the issue. If it's a bug, then it's unlikely they will as the Dev's rarely will respond to those, but that does not mean they haven't read it. Dev's are paid to work on the game, not reply to every post that's made. That bug will be passed to the relevant Dev, BUT make sure you have put it in Support Forum too.
If it's an account issue then 48-72 hours is the norm depending on how busy they are.
"You don't want to patrol!? You don't want to escort!? You don't want to defend the Federation's Starbases!? Then why are you flying my Starships!? If you were a Klingon you'd be killed on the spot, but lucky for you.....you WERE in Starfleet. Let's see how New Zealand Penal Colony suits you." Adm A. Necheyev.
