I logged in on a toon today to get the admiralty card. I saw this

I cannot cacel it accept it or decline it. it's stuck. any ideas how to get rid of it?

actually it seems like it's on all my alts. and very annoying

ok it's fixed. not sure if it was bringing my account up on another computer or the force verify, but it is gone
