Voth Light Soldier Outfit 'gravity' issue

I mentioned this along time ago. I know no one at Cryptic cares; but I'm gonna mention it again anyway.
The "Hips Layer" coat end / coat tails thing has way too much 'gravity'. It hangs straight down no matter what. And this causes issues with any movement mode. This originally worked fine but is some update it got screwed up (probably trying to fix something else) and it's never been fixed. Which is a shame because it's a very nicely done outfit and I'd use it but for the severe gravity the coat tails has.

I'll just put the best/worst example back up to show the issue.
Almost as bad when running as it is with the jetpack.
