android crew member not showing

I am a new lifetime and was promised a android bridge crew member after I loged in the after I bought the lifetime. I made sure I had an avaible bridge officer space. when I went to earth spacedock and go to requisition officers then store then special officers I could select an android officer and I selected it but it did not open up the box where I could rename. then the boxes on the special officer went grey when I went to my bridge crew members it was not there. I have messaged the gm and report a bug but that has been several days ago and no responce I am just asking for help or have it refunded were I could buy her againb

    Did you check your stations tab ? It could have gone there. (Stations tab, then Bridge Officer Candidates button at the bottom),
    it could also have gone into your inventory, or even your overflow bag. Having totally forgotten about the free Android Boff, I just went and checked on one of my Jemmies and had no problems at all.
