Pending Zen transaction?

I ordered 1100 zen this afterbnoon and the bank shows the transaction still pending on your end. They sent an authorization but the order was not completed/ credited into my character account on your end. Ihave been waiting all afternoonto place a C-store purchas. Frustrating. A concern that I have is that the zen was placed for a Playstation or X-Box STO account rather than my PC (lifetime) account. Please make sure the transaction is completed and is credited into my PC account (as I don’t play another platform).
