Bajoran Interceptor problems

I use the Denorios-Class Bajoran Interceptor (T6) for a while now, but I experienced a big problem a couple of times now.
I sometimes can't fly in PVEs, whatever I do (full impulse, half impulse, etc.), I still keep on the exact same starting point. I got this in several PVEs, so it's not just one PVE that's causing it. I therefore suspect there is a bug with the ship, I never got this problem with other ships before.
Last time I got the problem was with ISA, where I also discovered I couldn't use my weapons, since when the cube at the end spawned directly before me, I couldn't use my weapons aswell.
