Jem'Hadar Playtime

I thought I had checked my playtime once before in the past 6 years but have forgotten how to do it. Can some one post either instructions or link on how to check my playtime, please and thank you! :-) I am most concerned about my 20+ hours for the Jem'Hadar, so I would like to see how much I have/need. Thanks again!

Yes /played but you need to have system enabled in the chat tab that you type it in.
