Need to increase max character limit

I was attempting to buy 4 more slots for my account after Victory is Life, when I found it grayed out. I submitted a ticket and I come to find out I have max number of toons already. Given the Cardassian and Jem'hadar that I plan to make need slots I request that the limit be increased.

I've been maxed out for a couple of years now, as have a few others. We've asked repeatedly in the past for the limit to be raised and the silence is deafening. Aside from the free slot they give out for the Recruitment Events, it doesn't seem like the max character limit will ever be raised.

One would think since we are paying for the extra slots they would welcome our money. Hopefully they will listen one day, guess ill have to delete toons to make new one until then
