Allied ship selection for Jem'Hadar characters

I was testing a Jem'Hadar character on Tribble when I tried to claim the Dynamic Power Redistributer Module. However it wasn't available in the Infinity Prize Pack: Cross-Faction Console or Salvaged Console.
After realizing that I opened a T6 Ship Pack and was able to claim the T6 Prototype Dreadnought Cruiser which gives this console. Now I'm confused since this ship is excluded from the allied ship the Romulans may fly id they are allied with the FED. Does this not apply for the Jem'Hadar? Or is this a bug?

    Probably the latter as the ship-selection was not made with the Jem'Hadar in mind. As this is not the live server, they will probably make a change to the choices for JH when ViL goes live.

    Many of the ship restrictions for romulans probably do not apply to jem'hadar as they don't have their own versions of lockbox ships while the romulans do. (in this instance the Thrai prototype dreadnought warbird) It's likely that the only allied ships that jem'hadar won't be able to fly will be the veteran ships since they'll eventually be getting their own.
