Tooltips

Just throwing it out there for people to hopefully support me. I know there is a tooltip delay capability of 5 seconds but I would like to see cryptic create a "Tooltip" box that can TURN OFF TOOLTIPS. Have you ever been in battle and had your cursor over the tray waiting to use it ? Then BANG ! there's the tooltip telling you what you already know and blocking all available skills at that moment so you can't see the other abilities or what those abilities cool downs are at? Well support this thread and lets send a message to the Dev's that we already know what that button will do and we don't need to have it tell me over and over again especially during battle ! This button could be put in both space and ground skills trays right underneith the "Adjust the number of trays" and "View all available Abilities" buttons. Simple enough I think. Please support me for hopefully the expansion update !
