how hard to raise quality in crafting kit mods? Can make VR at mk 2, is it worth it to upgrade?

    So...Med field generator heals for less than the previous two but allows run and gun with some heals (Kinda like a less effective version of Vascular Re generator for Sci toons)...

    Mortars...um..I prefer the Photon..It fires more often than the other 2 (Every 6 sec) but the Quantum does more damage per hit..

    Mines...Both work good..Chroniton Mines (Doffs work with these). I use the Cryo mines on players as Cold is typically something they are less resistant to (Also harder to spot when Either side has a Sci with Cryo kits that cover the ground)..

    Quality change is less expensive compared to other Items for rarity change...I prefer Delta Kit frames over RnD..
