Bribe Ferasan for Information about Jem'Hadar in Sector - any suggestions on location?

I am stuck and been all over Alpha Quad. I don't recall it being this bad back before the revamp for sector space on my original toons. STO Gamepedia says it's in around Cardassia but I've struck out on that.

    If I remember rightly I found a few of the ghost of the jem'hadar crossing into cardassian sector from deferi, very slowly just above the last A in cardassian as written on sector map, think I found about 4-5 in that location or near by.

    • Hard Gorny, Cold Gorny, Big Ball of Scales, Angry Gorny, Fighty Gorny, Hiss, Hiss Hisssss
