Crafting PEN mod horrible

Crafting PEN mod feels horrible since re-engineering happened, I would say bugged but Im sure its just a feature where your ****ing on players.
Any chance you could Add Increased Chance for Pen mod by adding it again as second chance to mod pool/thingy
Taking the Only mod people want on crafted omnis and making it nearly impossible to get seems like an absurd things to do to players.
Chances for ultra rare are already low to start with and now made more rare.
By nearly impossible i mean at Huge expense with 3x4kdill components and 20 hour waits. Im like Zero pen and 20 crafted
This seems as absurd as making ques not start and security escorts have 3 min cool-downs.

Wait... are you NOT crafting Mk2s!?!? Dude, you are wasting so much time/resources! Crafting a Mk2 is nearly free resource-wise and takes 15 minutes! Upgrade the ones that get PEN and then trash the rest!

Oops, missed that small reference to omnis in the middle. Yeah, you are screwed.
Why I bought mine off the Exchange. Probably costs you more in the long run to make one.

You've only crafted 20 and complaining about not getting Pen yet ? Although I don't do omnis, as yet, overall I have crafted probably 40 or more beams/turrets for each one with Pen I've managed to get. It was a lot worse when trying for Pen along with other good mods but since re-engineering hit the other mods dont matter as much anymore.

87 disruptor omnis on exchange, 17 ultra rare, 23 epic, Zero Pen or Over. Pen and over were never a problem to make before re-engineering.

It's not the only mod that people want on omnibeams. Snare is another mod sought after because of synergy with one of the reputation traits.

There's a reputation trait(From temporal reputation or competitive) that gives a 7.5% dmg increase when you smack someone with a control effect. Snare counts as a control effect.
