My Tacticle Escort T6 build so far.

Hi this is the first time posting a build so be gentle...lol

Ok so I am running a T6 Tac Escort. I was running the T5-U retrofit but the T6 has the extra Mastery. I currently am running the 3 piece Omega Adapted Borg set as well as the Quantum Phase Catalysts with all 3 weapon pieces and Universal Quantum Phase Converter. My final set is the 3 piece Stealth Fighter set.

Fore Weapons are Phaser Quad Cannons Mk XIII with a damage x3(thought it was supposed to be x4), Omega Plasma Torpedo Launcher Mk XIV, Quantum Phase Dual Heavy Cannons Mk XII, and a Phaser Dual Heavy Cannons Mk X.

Aft Quantum Phase Beam Array Mk XII, Quantum Phase Torpedo Mk XII and Kinetic Cutting Beam Mk XII.

My consoles in Engineering are Universal Cloak, EPS Flow Regulator Mk XII with 80% transfer rate and the D.O.M.I.N.O.E console.

Science is the Quantum Phase Converter, Universal Assimilated Module Mk XII and Universal Hydrodynamics Compensator Mk XII.

Tacticle are Universal Quantum Warhead Module(Epic), Prefire Chamber Mk XII, Phaser Relay Mk XIV(30%) and Phaser Relay Mk XII(26.2%)

Shields are the Bajor Defense Covariant Mk XII.

Voice of the Prophets Mk XII.

Bajor Defense Deflector Array Mk XII.

Bajor Defense Hyper-Impulse Engines Mk XII.

And finally Bajor Defense Hyper Injection Warp Core Mk XII.

Thoughts and suggestions are welcome. Always looking to improve my ship.

    pretty much what coldnaplam said.

    in more detail switch the beam array for the Heavy Bio-Molecular Phaser Turret from the counter command rep. snice your already useing the Hydrodynamics Compensator you'll get the two piece.

    and you have too many clickie consoles.it's hurting your stats I'ld drop ether the D.O.M.I.N.O.E console or the Quantum Warhead Module. genenally speaking you only use tact consoles in tact slots, prefer all of one damage type. I would also consider switching the borg stuff for the Trilithium-Laced Weaponry from beyond the nexus.

    whenever you get a chance upgarde to the t-6 fleet version. without your boff and trait layout can't suggest anymore. oh and feel free to ignore any bit of advice you want it's your ship you know what you want it to do better than I do.

    Another place which you will find helpful is r/sto builds.
    Lots of good advice there on what does and does not work well with a Tactical char. The format used there can be a little confusing for someone unfamiliar with it or some parts of the game. But patience and perserverance will reward you with ideas for your own ships and gear.

    The STOwiki is also helpful.

    Thanks for the advice. I've played the game for awhile and have a good(or at least I think) understanding of the basic mechanics. I've completed the game and even the winter and Anniversary event thus far. I have used some builds I've seen online on my Sovereign class which I switched over to my Tac Escort but wanted to see what I could do.

    I've just reached enough rank in my fleet to be able to purchase fleet gear so I'll be getting into that soon. Probably upgrade to the Fleet T6 soon.

    I'd replace that beam for an omni beam at the very least. You can use bo with shield pen doffs or faw to clear out hazard around you and/or more power if using supremacy trait. And like it has been said before, upgrade everything to mk XIV, there is an upgrade week end comming up in april so stock up on whatever you'll need (dilitium for one) and go at it then.

    And loose the cloak console, not very useful if you don't pvp, therea are much better choice out there. Personally I would put a neutronium armor there, one from fleet dilitium mine if you're in a fleet.
