Unable to train bridge officers

in Tribble - Bug Reports
When attempting to train a bridge officer i click "learn" and then "ok" however the experience points are not being spent and the skill is not being learned. This is also the case with specialisations as i am unable to make any of the officers "command" , "intel" etc.

    Yes all of my officers have been fully promoted however the problem still persists, this appears to be a common issue in tribble based on other reports I have seen.

    I'm having this same issue with one officer on the Live server. Was there ever a resolution?
